Moon Sun Yoga Club offers

PRIVATE, INDIVIDUAL YOGA SESSIONS

£10 per class for 1hour in your own home

We shall initially discuss how Yoga can be used 

according to your needs and wants based on Yin Yoga, Yang Yoga or Both:

YIN YOGA:

  • is a passive, calming practice

  • works deep connective tissue for flexiblity

  • reduces aches and stiffness

  • improves stress and anxiety

  • uses meditative breathing for a relaxing and restful feeling

  • uses Props (blocks, bolster, straps, eyemask) which are provided if needed

OR

YANG YOGA:

  • is a faster, more active practice

  • works the muscles for strength and tone

  • improves circulation

  • promotes stamina

  • uses breath with movement to quieten the mind

  • can use Mantra (chanting or reciting) 

  • can use Mudra (hand gestures)

​OR

Combination of Yin and Yang in one session:

  • is the ideal way to achieve balance for the whole body and mind​

Savasana or Resting Time is taken at the end to absorb the effects of the session

Yoga Teacher: DEBBIE 

Debbie is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT500 with Yoga Alliance

She holds:

  • Certifications in Yin Yoga 

  • Certificate of Vinyasa Teacher Methodologies (YACEP) enabling her to offer a more rounded yoga practice

  • She is a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher RCYT

  • Debbie is a Qualified First Aider and Emergency First Responder

  • She has a valid DBS Clearance Certificate

  • She is fully insured through Yoga Alliance

 

Debbie was once a primary school teacher and drama teacher to both children and adults. So, she has the experience and understanding in getting the best out of people for their own benefit and the community we live in... â€‹â€‹
